Covid Booster Vaccinations
As per government guidelines the practice is working extremely hard to roll out the COVID-19 booster vaccination programme to our communities. All adults/children (over 12 years).
Please do not contact the practice over any COVID vaccination queries as this will stop patients with medical conditions being able to get through.
You can book your booster for 3 months from the date of second vaccine, and you can access the National Booking System to book the appointment from 2 months. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/ If you have already been given an appointment for a COVID vaccination you should still attend for this.
The practice have been advised to offer practice based covid appointments and having been offering appointments since 29th December 2021, our last clinic is Wednesday 19th January 2022. We will contact our patients if any further appointments have been agreed. To allow the practice to facilitate this we have been advised by NHS England to reduce some services and temporarily suspended some routine work. If we need to change any planned appointments the practice will contact you directly to re-arrange. We will remain open for any urgent needs.
As soon as we have further information we will update our website or follow us on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/parkmedicalderby/
