Rapid Health has replaced eConsult

From Mon 8th September 2025, we will be switching from eConsult to our new Rapid Health smart triage system for all appointment booking and administration requests. Please do not use any existing links to eConsult that you may have saved in your web browser as your request will not reach us. Click on this link for more information about Rapid Health.

Online Services

The NHS App allows you to check symptoms, order repeat prescriptions and view your GP medical record.

SystmOnline enables you to order your prescriptions and view your GP medical record e.g. test results. Contact our team to register an account for yourself or a dependent if you are a carer, parent or guardian.

Rapid Health is our online Smart Triage tool that allows you to submit medical and admin queries. It lets you book appointments with the appropriate health care professionals within an appropriate time frame, helping you to avoid the telephone and in-person queues.
