From 1st November 2016 we will no longer accept repeat prescription requests via the telephone. Please continue to order you repeat prescriptions via:
- Post – you can send us your prescription request via the post, if you wish the prescription to be returned to you please provide a stamped addressed envelope. When requesting medication please try to use the tear off slip from the back of your previous request or ensure you write clearly using block capitals. PLEASE NOTE: illegible requests may result in repeat requests not being actioned.
- Online Services – you can request repeat medication via our online services. Please see our SystmOnline tab for more information
- At reception – please complete a repeat prescription request form at reception or use the tear off slip from your previous request, then post in the box by reception. Please ensure you write clearly using block capitals. PLEASE NOTE: illegible requests may result in repeat requests not being actioned.
