Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you, usually via SMS text unless you specifically request another form of communication.
Once a Clinician has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOne online account
- by phoning us after 11am (we would encourage the use of the NHS app or SystmOne online where possible to reduce pressures on the telephone system)

If you wish to discuss your results further with a Clinician, please contact the surgery to arrange a telephone or face to face consultation.
