We run a Zero Tolerance policy
We strongly support the NHS policy on zero tolerance.
Anyone attending the surgery who abuses the GPs, staff or other patients be it verbally, physically or in any threatening manner whatsoever, will risk removal from the practice list.
In extreme cases we may summon the police to remove offenders from the practice premises.
We welcome Patient Feedback
The Practice welcomes comments from our patients; both good and bad.
If you would like to make any comments, please complete an orange patient comments form, which can be found in all clinical rooms and the waiting room or complete a Friends & Family Test .
You can also give feed back via the ‘NHS Choices’ website

- 111 Service
- Derby Urgent Care Centre

A&E should only be used in serious or life threatening situations.
If you or someone else is having a heart attack or stroke, call 999 immediately.
