60+ CARERS HEALTH & WELLBEING PROMOTIONAL PROJECT

COUNSELLING SERVICE  

Derbyshire Carers Association, a Network partner of Carers Trust, the UK’s largest carers charity, is pleased to launch a Counselling Service to Carers aged 60+ as part of a successful project set up to help older carers due to continued funding thanks to a grant from People’s Health Trust from money raised by HealthCalm through the Health Lottery.
